The Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist credential is designed for those who can demonstrate knowledge, skills, and experience in email marketing best practices -- including message design, subscriber and data management, inbox delivery, and external integrations -- with the Marketing Cloud Email application.

All proctored Salesforce certification exams can be scheduled as an onsite or online exam. Learn more about scheduling an exam.

  • 60 multiple-choice/multiple-select questions* (5 unscored items will be added)
  • 90 minutes allotted to complete the exam (time allows for unscored questions)
  • 65% is the passing score
  • Registration fee is USD 200, plus applicable taxes as required per local law
  • Retake fee is USD 100, plus applicable taxes as required per local law
  • No hard-copy or online materials may be referenced during the exam

Focus on basics and be confident in what you studed, remember only 65% require to pass the exam not 100%

*Please note that as of November 16, 2017, all Salesforce certification exams will contain five additional, randomly placed, unscored questions to gather data on question performance. The duration of each exam has been evaluated and adjusted to accommodate the inclusion of the unscored questions. These five questions will be in addition to the 60 scored questions on your exam, and will have no impact whatsoever on your score.

You've decided to take your Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (SU18) exam as an onsite proctored exam at Time (24-hour clock) on Day and Date at Venue.
• Don't forget your test taker Authorization code! The Proctor needs this to launch your exam. Your Test Taker Authorization Code is XXXXXX.
• Know where you're going: Your confirmed venue of exam.
• Arrive 15 minutes before your exam time. Your exam time is: _________________

RESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

You may reschedule or cancel your testing center registration without incurring an additional fee with a minimum of 72 hours advance notice of the scheduled start time of your exam. Please note: 72 hours is not three business days; it is 72 hours prior to the scheduled exam start time.

Reschedules and cancellations more than 72 hours before your exam start time can be completed through your test taker account in Webassessor free of charge. To reschedule or cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled exam start time, you will be charged a $75 fee. This can be completed through your test taker account, but a fee will be assessed (instructions below).

If you do not complete the exam at the scheduled time and did not contact the Salesforce Certification team in advance of your exam start date and time, you will be considered a no-show and charged the full exam fee.
